Human Resource management (HRM) refers to the concept or methods needed to carry out responsibility of the personnel in aspects of managing organizational tasks. Such as recruiting, screening, training, rewarding and some other related tasks. The HR Center includes a comprehensive employee information database, work information, beneficiary information, and more for each employee. It comes standard with employee self-service access allowing employees to update their personal information, request time off or input their daily timesheet entries. It also has role –based access level control that is functionally based on whether a user is an employee, a manager, or an HR admistrators. With HR center managers and HR admistrators can manage an track.
OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECTS:
- To manage the human resource management system of Vital Softech Pvt. Ltd
- To reduce error occurrence and redundancy of data
- To decrease resources like man power, time and cost for stationeries and telephone conversation
- To provide facilities to storing and managing all the information about the employee working in that company and the projects handle by the company.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM:
The human resource management of DBU follows a file based management system to manage its resources. This file management system has several problems for the workers. Among the problems
- Redundancy of employees file in different departments
- Difficulty to organize updated employees file.
- Difficulty to retrieve any needed data in a convenient and efficient manner
- Sometimes they lose necessary files and starts to collect information again
- Communication gap between offices that make the organization work complex and it expense high cost for telephone conversation to narrow this gap.
Human resource management is a strategic approach to managing employment relation which emphasizes that leveraging people capabilities is critical to gain sustainable competitive advantage, this being achieved via a distinctive set of integrated employment policies, programs and practices (Bratton J and Gold J, 2003). The actual capital of the organization is the human abilities to utilize the human being as a capital. Each organization has too much cash to commence the business but have not professional bodies to use them at the right pace and at the right time. And HR is strategic partner of the business which runs with the business and takes the business towards the success (iftikar M).
The global and competitive market environment has led to new challengers for the individuals and organization. Without having a well trained and well prepared labor force, businesses drop the ability to compete with national and international rivals, resulting in decreased economic success (Tomaka, 2001). For the last ten years, the workplace in the organization has a lot of issues, like increased international and national competition, fast technologies and scientific changes, workforce demography, wider utilization of information technologies etc (Ferner and Hyman, 1992). Humane resource managers should understand all kinds of these issues and should develop suitable strategies in order to help their organization. Humane resource management is vital for the organization to achieve its goals and success (Pfeffer, 1994 Jackson and Schuler 2000, Barney, 1991). According to Tokesky and Kornides (1994), to show the importance of HR department to the employees, managers should try to show the relation between human resource management and organizational success.
In turn, HRM is increasing used to recognize the importance of employees as corporate assets. Employees must have, therefore, a wide variety of technical and interpersonal workplace skills and competencies that allow them to work with advanced technologies and function optimally in today’s high performing organizations (Combs et al., 2006; Fernandez, 2001). The skills, knowledge and the experience of the employees are economic values for the organization because the employees enable the organization adaptable and productive. The organizations that run their HR department successfully have higher level of productivity, higher market value, higher profitability and meeting the needs of their shareholders, investors, customers, employees and at the end the needs of the society (Schuler and Jackson, 1996).

DATABASE (Ms SQL) :
A Database is a single organized collection of structured data stored with a minimum of duplication of data items so as to provide a consistent and controlled pool of data. This data is common to all users of the system but is independent of programs which use the data. The independence of database and programs using it means that they can be changed without changing the other. The users of the database may find it convenient to imagine that it will be used integrated file system.

EMPLOYEE INFO MODULE:
This module deals with the management of the employee information such as the personal details name, qualification, skill, experience, login id, password, etc., Importance of modules in any software development side is we can easily understand what the system we are developing and what its main uses are.
This module deals with the management of the employee information such as the hiring of the eligible candidate, payments criteria, his personal information maintenance etc.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT MODULE:
This module deals with the management of the projects related with the employee like-projects that were past dealt, current projects in his account etc.
TRAINING MANAGEMENT MODULE:
This module deals with the training of the employee based on his experience and attendance monitoring. Also the information of the projects that need to be trained for the employees based on their experience and skills and the like.
HR REPORTS MODULE:
This module is specified for the purpose of the report generation for the HR on desired requests.
