The “Leave management system” software is user-friendly software. The main objective of the system is which shows and helps you to collect most of the information about Leave details of students.
The project Leave Management System includes student login, staff login. Student login enables students to view their attendance details and also their leave status. They can also apply for the leave. Staff login enables staff to confirm the leave applied by the students of their class. They can either accept or reject the leave. Staff can also generate various reports on the leave details. Attendance percent of the student calculated automatically and updated. Students cannot apply for more leave when their attendance percent is below minimum.
- To provide a consistent object-oriented programming environment whether object code is stored and executed locally, executed locally but Internet-distributed, or executed remotely.
- To provide a code-execution environment that eliminates the performance problems of scripted or interpreted environments.
- To make the developer experience consistent across widely varying types of applications, such as Windows-based applications and Web-based applications.
- The size of the database increases day-by-day, increasing the load on the database back up and data maintenance activity.
- Training for simple computer operations is necessary for the users working on the system.
This computerized system possesses a good GUI which provides an ease of support to the administrators and to perform their task in a very efficient manner and this work is also effective in nature. This system is also capable of generating error free reports that describes all records and custom reports can also be generated. The handling of this project is also very simple so that anyone can understand it easily. And this system is also very beneficial from the security point of view. Understanding the properties and requirements of a new system is more difficult and requires creative thinking and understanding of existing running system is also difficult, improper understanding of present system can lead diversion from solution.

THE MODULES TO BE USED:
In this module the Administrator has the privileges to add all the Employees and register them in the organization and check the information of the Employee and check the status of the leave when they have taken and what type of leave they have taken and search is done based on the employee and report is generated based on employee.
This module contain complete search like Leave search, Type of Leave, Employee based on the leave and starting and ending day of leave.
In this module employee has the privileges to use his username and password for login and he can see the request given by the customer and he can pass the process to the Business Manager and maintain the record of the customers.
This module contains all the information about the reports generated by the Employees based on the Performance and by the leave status.
This module contains all the information about the authenticated user. User without his username and password can’t enter into the login if he is only the authenticated user then he can enter to his login.
