INTRODUCTION:

ONLINE LEARNING PORTAL” is the online process of the managing and controlling the activities of a school. It includes maintaining and managing the records of students & teachers available in the school. It also maintains the list of events, articles, announcement held in the school. It has been designed to make available information as and when required. Also, it is highly beneficial to both administrator as well as students and teachers involved in the school.

MAIN OBJECTIVES ARE :-

  1. To provide an innovative, cost efficient and effective recruitment system.
  2. To increase the quality and quantity of applicants applying for vacancies.
  3. To offer immediate cost savings on recruitment with substantial long term saving over a prolong period.
  4. To dramatically reduce paper work and administrative work.
  5. To streamline the recruitment process and reduce the corporate overall recruitment cycle.

 

PROBLEM STATEMENT:

  • Delay in information search and retrieval
  • Problem in updation of current information and maintaining proper backup of information
  • Possible damage of paper carrying the information thereby chance of loosing valuable information.
  • Much time required in giving correct information
  • Less reliability and maintainability of data
  • Secrecy of information may not be maintained due to visible facts on paper.

 

LITERATURE REVIEW:

Swati vitkar(2012): This paper introduce a new paradigm of higher education and also explore the potential of cloud computing it improve the traditional model or learning using cloud base learning to design, implement, select, manage, support, & Extend learning . In cloud architecture define two things service consumer & service creator. Cloud service consumer need to protect anytime anywhere access cloud computing architecture define the capability of virtualized infrastructure. This paper also describe benefits & limitation of cloud computing and various security issues.

 Bhruthari G.Pund et.al.(2012): This paper describe new agenda of cloud based E-learning and also presenting case study of educational cloud. This paper concerning many beneficial aspect about cloud based E-learning. It reduces cost of hardware, licensing cost, .user can only paying individual software cost and also avoid time, cost patches and update. it also provide flexibility and accessibility of resources over internet. In this paper describing five layer of E-learning architecture infrastructure . resource layer it is base layer that IT infrastructure resources. And also share hardware resources secure and scalable way

 

METHODOLOGY:

 

RESEARCH DESIGN:

Research design simply means a search of answers to questions and solutions to problems. It is a prospective investigation. Research is a systematic and logical study of an issue or problem through scientific method. .  There are various research designs, but descriptive and analytical research design is most suitable for this study.

DATA COLLECTION DESIGN

Data would be collected with the help of using questionnaires. A questionnaire, which is also known familiarly as an interview schedule with a format containing a list of questions sequentially order to obtain information relevant to the objectives of the study.

There are two ways for data collection:

Primary source:

The researcher will be collected the data directly from sample respondents through direct interview method or discussion with the developer team and with the help of structured questionnaire.

Secondary source:

The secondary data for the study will be collected from various journals, survey reports, books and magazines, internet and previous website.

Sampling technique:

The employees of the concerned company will be taken as a sample and will carry out the study.

DESIGN TECHNIQUES

There are different design technique will be included:

MODULE TO BE USED:

 

Module 1: Admin  Module

In this module, Handle by admin department. Which is maintain the all details of database record.

 

Module 2: Student Module

In this module, This module having separate registration for student. Students can change details and maintain their identity. It also provide to view the  student course materials and corresponding courses.

Module 3: New Teacher Module

In this module, Teacher is required to be added registered and maintain their identity. the corresponding forms are opened and the information of the new student will be entered into the database and  add discussion forum or use course material.

Module 4: Announcement Module

In this module, admin adds new announcement (related to studies) to be viewed on websites by all users/guests.
